Dit is van vitaal belang bij het realiseren van de doelstellingen en bij elke verandering van koers of doeleinden. Maar hoe bouw je de gewenste bedrijfscultuur?<br \/>Vanuit de bedrijfsdoelstellingen en de merkstrategie omschrijven we samen met een dwarsdoorsnede van jouw organisatie de succesvolle bedrijfscultuur. Containerbegrippen als &#8216;ondernemend&#8217;, &#8216;klantgericht&#8217; en &#8216;daadkracht&#8217; vertalen we naar concreet dagelijks gedrag. Het resultaat van mijn aanpak is een organisatie die denkt en werkt vanuit de organisatiedoelstellingen, merkwaarden en normen van haar medewerkers.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-49e72b6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"49e72b6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h1 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Manager &amp; Team <em>XLerator<\/em><\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-50cb9ac elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"50cb9ac\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>De nieuwe leidinggevende heeft soms wel drie tot zes maanden nodig om samen met zijn\/haar team echt effectief te worden. De nieuwe manager is altijd anders dan de vorige en dus tasten leidinggevende en medewerkers elkaar af en proberen uit te vinden wat ze van elkaar mogen verwachten, wat de ongeschreven regels en ieders persoonlijke drijfveren en ambities zijn.<br \/>Dit verkenningsproces vindt stapsgewijs plaats, waarbij diverse issues soms onuitgesproken blijven. Er kan een onzekere omgeving ontstaan die optimale prestaties van de manager en het team in de weg staat. Dit wil niemand.<br \/>De Manager &amp; Team XLerator cre\u00ebert in \u00e9\u00e9n dag een omgeving van vertrouwen, open communicatie, commitment en teamspirit met concrete actiepunten. De nieuwe leidinggevende en zijn team zijn nu sneller up to speed. Deze dag plannen we vier tot zes weken na de start van de nieuwe manager.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-979dcdc elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"979dcdc\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h1 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Succesvolle teams\n<\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ecbf84c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ecbf84c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tDe basis voor een succesvol bedrijf zijn goed samenwerkende teams. Medewerkers kunnen in teamverband prestaties leveren die ze alleen niet voor elkaar krijgen, maar samenwerken kan lastig zijn. Vaak omdat verschillende persoonlijkheden en drijfveren deel uitmaken van het team.<br>\nDe sessies \u2018succesvolle teams\u2019 zijn gericht op het beter laten functioneren van jouw team.
